Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional overall experience.
- Daily Operations: Assist with food/beverage preparation, restock inventory, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Location Maintenance & Cleaning: Conduct opening/closing duties, and ensure the location is thoroughly cleaned and organized at the end of your assigned shift.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically afternoon and evening shifts (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM availability is a major plus).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not required-we will train the right candidate!
