What You'll Do
As a Cook at The Contemporary Miami, you will
- Prepare and serve high-quality, well-balanced meals that meet residents' dietary needs
- Follow established menus, recipes, and safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work with the team to deliver outstanding dining service
- Engage positively with residents and accommodate their food preferences
- Maintain documentation including temperature logs and cleaning procedures
You'll play a vital role in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents - every meal, every day.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Cook (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)
- Culinary training or certification a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and dietary requirements
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Compassionate and respectful interaction with residents and peers
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a kitchen environment safely
