• Five years of previous plumbing and leadership experience

• Extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing systems

• Knowledge of water damage plans

• Coordinates installation of plumbing systems with other trades

• Monitors testing and disinfection of plumbing systems & inspections

• Great Attitude and has the ability to motivate other employees

• Leads by Example

• Ability to work without supervision

• Outstanding Customer Service – Internal & External

• Ensures Compliance is being maintained

• Ability to represent Energy Air professionally in project meetings (in the absence of Project Manager)

• Great communication skills both verbal and written

• Capable of supervising crews of 12 or for projects with a plumbing scope over $1 M

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/Trade school diploma

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing trade

• Certifications in 30hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift

• Competent person in CPR First Aid and H6010 MedGas

• Journeyman Certified
