-Implement play-based principles to create an engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
-Serve as the Individual Education Plan (IEP) case manager for assigned students.
-Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized education plans.
-Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals through systematic data collection and analysis.
-Partner with general education VPK teachers and support staff to ensure cohesive instructional planning.
-Participate in collaborative team meetings to align instruction and support strategies across the inclusion setting.
-Maintain open, effective communication with families, and collaborate with related service providers for regular updates on student progress and growth.
-Implement strategies that promote kindergarten readiness across developmental domains.
