This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional who enjoys working in a smaller, collaborative environment and wants to work closely with an attorney on plaintiff personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
The firm has invested in AI and legal technology to streamline its workflows and improve efficiency. Established systems and templates are already in place, allowing the paralegal to focus on the legal work, client communication, and attorney support.

Responsibilities
- Support plaintiff personal injury cases through the litigation process
- Prepare and respond to discovery
- Communicate with clients to obtain information and documentation
- Prepare litigation documents for attorney review
- Handle electronic filings and case documentation
- Schedule depositions and coordinate litigation deadlines
- Request, organize, and review medical records
- Assist with case management and organization
- Provide trial preparation and support as needed

Ideal Candidate
- Litigation Paralegal experience; plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
- Strong understanding of discovery and litigation procedures

- Comfortable embracing technology and AI-assisted legal workflows
- Able to work effectively in a small-office environment
