Description:

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for leading GSC proposal efforts for the AGM‑158 program.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for coordinating subcontract activities and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Disseminate updates to relevant functional teams and collaborate on corrective actions.

  • Analyze supplier data, generate responsive insights, and compile comprehensive reports.

  • Monitor performance metrics, risk indicators, and compliance status, escalating issues as needed.

  • Provide day‑to‑day query support for internal stakeholders and subcontract managers.

  • Engage with the internal team to coordinate proposal activities for GSC.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience/combined education) with 4 years of professional experience, or 2 year of experience with a related Master's degree.

Demonstrated knowledge of DFAR and FAR regulations with hands‑on experience applying these rules in procurements.

Strong organization and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Proposals or Subcontract Administrator experience

Experience identifying, qualifying, and integrating second sources of supply within a supply chain.
Security Clearance Statement: Ability to obtain, may be required in the future.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
