ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Advise students on general advising questions including:
Process forms such as minors and double majors. Assist with the general advising email inbox. Run basic advising workshops such as "How to read your audit" or "To drop or not"

- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to work 10 hours per week
- Creative and interested in learning new skills
- Ability to maintain professional relationships
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations with discretion
- Computer skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Dual degrees/double majors
- Grad checks
