Evaluate, identify, and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, fluency, pragmatic, and communication disorders in accordance with state and federal regulations
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with students' academic, functional, and postsecondary goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services using evidence-based practices in individual, small group, and classroom settings
Collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing input on communication-related needs and progress
Support students' transition planning by addressing functional communication, self-advocacy, social communication, and vocational readiness skills
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, Medicaid billing (if applicable), and compliance records
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, goals, strategies, and recommendations
Provide consultation and training to staff on strategies to support speech, language, and communication skills within the classroom

Job is half time SLP to split with Fairview Middle School - you must apply to both positions for full time. Total hours worked are 7.5 hours per day.
Salary: From 47500.00
