Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support a portfolio of AI, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, leading discovery efforts, facilitating requirements discussions, documenting business needs, and driving alignment across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and translating complex business challenges into actionable product and engineering deliverables. This role is critical in helping business teams define "what's next" while enabling engineering teams to efficiently execute against prioritized business demands.

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Requirements Management

• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges, and business objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements for engineering and delivery teams.
• Define project scope, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, and success metrics.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities throughout the discovery and requirements lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management & Facilitation

• Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align priorities, resolve ambiguities, and drive decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams throughout project planning and execution.

Product & Transformation Support

• Support AI and business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Help prioritize business demand and maintain momentum on emerging opportunities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and appropriately implemented.
• Assist in defining roadmaps, business cases, and solution recommendations.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities as needed.

Process Improvement

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
• Recommend improvements that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Business Outcome and Metric driven

• Define expected business outcomes for initiatives, releases, and sprint-level work.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish value hypotheses, assumptions, and success metrics.
• Translate features and technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes.
• Help prioritize work based on expected business impact, strategic alignment, and value realization.
• Track expected versus actual outcomes and communicate results to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business discovery initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and related documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supporting Sales, CRM, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Growth initiatives.
• Experience with RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, proposal management, or bid management.
• Familiarity with product management practices, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise-level cross-functional teams.
