Responsible for the overall management of the non-gaming revenue audit department, devise and implements Revenue audit procedures, forms, reconciliation, variance reporting and follow up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures all revenue generated by retail, food and beverage and Resort operations is properly recorded, reconciled and documented.
- Reconciles cash collected to revenue report as generated by POS, DRS, PMS and other systems as adopted by the company.
- Audits daily revenue of the Casino Food & Beverage, Retail and Hotel.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets with daily revenue data.
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance to department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Prepares the daily, weekly, and month-end revenue reports.
- Attend all necessary meetings and keep supervisor informed of all necessary items as directed.
- Assist in other projects, as requested.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Three (3) years similar experience in gaming or hospitality industry preferred.
- Complex Resort, Hilton experience preferred.
- Strong planning, mathematical & analytical skills.
- Organizational, communication and delegation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of extensive knowledge of POS and PMS systems required. Micros POS, LMS PMS, On PMS preferred.
- Must be a team player.
- Minimum 18 years old.
