Job Summary
FDOT is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support enterprise IT initiatives including digital transformation, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and system implementations. The candidate will lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption strategies across IT projects.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Key Skills
Flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

- 3-5 years of professional experience
- 1-3 years of project leadership and/or change management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise IT projects preferred
