POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a full-time Athletic Performance (Strength & Conditioning) Assistant. This position will assist the strength & conditioning activities for Softball and Baseball. Additional responsibilities include daily cleaning, maintenance, data entry, and providing support as needed. This position will be open until filled.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date, but no offer of employment will be extended until after the position closes. Required Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree exercise science or related field
- CSCS certification through the NSCA
- The ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
- Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of NCAA & SEC rules and regulations
