Our client, a growing medical device company, is adding to it's manufacturing operations and seeking a process engineer. This role will be instrumental is designing new manufacturing processes as part of transferring new products from R&D to production. Activities include process design and transfer, validation, corrective action, and process improvement initiatives. Significant interaction with R&D, QA, and Production team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in an engineering discipline
- 3+ years experience in process design and transfer
- Experienced with equipment implementation and validation
- New Product Introduction experience highly desired
- Risk mitigation focused
- CAD software
