Overview responsibilities:
- Complete basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment install & maintenance, construction, minor automotive repair, etc.
- Coordinate, prioritize and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively and in a cost-conscious manner with minimal direct supervision.
- Providing polite, professional customer service in order to maintain a good working relationship with all operational staff and management.
- Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with maintenance team.
- Perform preventative maintenance at all locations including but not limited to HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulb replacement, etc.
- Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles. Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years construction, maintenance or similar experience required
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- HVAC certification preferred
- Electrical, plumbing or small motor vehicle certification preferred
- All basic tools used for general maintenance projects supplied by technician
- Previous working experience utilizing large rented equipment (Bobcat, trench digger, jackhammer, cherry picker, etc.) and basic office equipment
- Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
