- Position Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver mental health counseling through secure video sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health needs
- Maintain organized clinical records and timely progress notes
- Help clients identify goals, coping skills, and behavior patterns
- Respond appropriately to risk concerns or changes in client presentation
- Follow state, ethical, and privacy requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
