Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
- Develop treatment plans based on clinical goals and presenting concerns
- Support clients with relationship issues, family conflict, communication challenges, stress, and emotional concerns
- Maintain timely and accurate progress notes
- Use evidence-based approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth practice standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Private workspace and reliable internet connection
