What You Will Do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to engaged prospects.
- Build rapport with seniors, identify needs, and walk them through coverage options.
- Handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Complete applications accurately for compliant submissions.
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in CRM.
- Consistent lead flow supports you in hitting your activity and sales goals.
What You Bring
- Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license, or the ability to obtain prior to start.
- 1+ year of insurance sales, senior market sales, phone sales, or call center sales experience.
- Final expense or senior market experience is a plus, but not required - we train on the product.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong phone presence, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and compliance standards such as TCPA and DNC.
