Job Description:
The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join our clinical faculty on the non-tenure clinical track. Appointment rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This position offers the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive interventional radiology practice within an academic medical center while contributing to the department's missions in patient care and education.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred candidate will have completed an ACGME-accredited Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship or an ACGME-accredited IR/DR Residency.

- Provide comprehensive interventional radiology patient care
- Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
- Participate in scholarly activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Contribute to the development and adoption of emerging interventional procedures and techniques within the practice
Clinical Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate experience and competency in a wide range of interventional procedures, including:
- Y90 radioembolization (glass)
- DEB-TACE
- Uterine artery embolization (UAE)
- Percutaneous tumor ablations
- TIPS and other portal interventions
- Pulmonary/bronchial angiography and embolization
- Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTHD) and biliary interventions
- Percutaneous nephrostomies
- Fistulagrams and declot procedures
- Vertebral augmentation
- Spine and pain interventions
- Sclerotherapy
- Trauma interventions
- Arterial, venous, portal, and pulmonary thrombolysis
- Core/basic interventional procedures
