Job Deatils:
- They want a technical PM who can own the end-to-end HR systems and applications portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom-built HR solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR transformation objectives.
- Must have lead 2-5 implementations that would be ideal
- 12+ years of HR technology experience, including 3-5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization.
- Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Workforce Management) and making sure they feel supported.
- Manage strategic relationships with IT, system integrators, and SaaS vendors, holding partners accountable to SLAs, delivery quality, and business outcomes.
- Coach and influence senior HR and business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on HR technology and transformation decisions.
