The EMT coordinates care using communication and electronic systems, documents assessments, and escalates situations requiring intervention. The position also operates a ground ambulance upon completion of required certifications and maintains compliance with TGH standards, while consistently supporting patient rights and delivering care aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
