About the Facilities Technician Role
Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Technician. As a Facilities Technician you serve as the frontline representative to remediation efforts across our branch network. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, you will be the “boots on the ground” professional responsible for upkeep, functionality, and safety of our facilities. Responding quickly to disturbances as they arise.
You will ensure all buildings and equipment remain in peak condition by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs. A keen eye for detail is critical in identifying and resolving minor issues before they escalate ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on our building's interior and exterior, from minor repairs to aesthetic upkeep.
- Keep organized and transparent by maintaining logs of when and what services were performed each day.
- Navigate every site with a safety-first mindset. Recognizing potential hazards inside and outside of the buildings.
- Travel across our branch network – 50% of your hours are spend on the move in a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Well - organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
- Access to reliable transportation

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Majority (50%) of working hours are spent traveling to locations throughout the northeastern branch network. Company vehicle provided. Valid and clean driver's license required.
