Responsibilities
Manages academic and administrative processes for enrollment within the Division of Student Affairs and Admissions (DSAA) at the College of Medicine. Manages all aspects of the electronic student files to include maintaining the security of student records, uploading all applicable documentation, processing acceptance documents, tracking enrollment requirements and posting all final degrees to the official student record.
Acts as primary point of contact for all admitted students and enrolled students in the Bridge, MD, and PA degree programs. Counsels and corresponds with all incoming and currently enrolled students, providing information on guidelines and policies for University and college enrollment requirements. Manages scheduling courses and registration for all Bridge, MD, and PA courses each semester. Supports enrollment responsibilities as needed for Genetic Counseling degree program.
Assists with managing student information and different academic calendars for all the cohorts for MD and PA. Assists Enrollment Manager with tasks related to graduation, degree certifications, licensure requirements, data reporting, and related tasks. Assists the division staff with student functions such as Orientation, Graduation, White Coat ceremony, actively participating as part of the DSAA team. Requires driving to transport sensitive documents on campus.

Anticipated Salary Range
Starting salary: mid $40,000's, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of experience.
- Valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License, or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
