POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Coordinator to be responsible for the daily monitoring of the Otis Hawkins Center first floor area, including the reception area, student computing and printing station, student lounge areas, and Auditorium to ensure a professional environment is maintained. Serves as the liaison with departments, including Operations and the janitorial contractor for the Otis Hawkins Center and Farrior Hall. Coordinates building cleaning, interior and exterior maintenance, landscaping, security needs, room reservation requests, facility tours, and Hawkins Center events. Other responsibilities include: keeping the information in the student-athlete/staff keyless entry system and electronic signage around the Hawkins Center updated and accurate; providing clerical/administrative support to the Hawkins Center academic team; serving as emergency contact for Farrior Hall; and assisting with textbook distribution.
This position requires the incumbent to have strong customer service, communication, and data entry/computer skills; be self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and an innovative thinker; gain and maintain knowledge of NCAA, SEC, UF, and UAA rules and regulations; multitask effectively; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate area of specialization
- One year of experience coordinating facility maintenance and administrative support or related experience
- Valid driver's license
