Title: CNC Operator
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Location: Tampa, Florida 34677
Shift: 2ND shift 01: 00 PM to 09: 00 PM
Pay Range: $15/hr. - $17/hr. On W2.
Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving ability. Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in-process documents. Math and computer technology skills.
Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English. Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Responsibilities:
The basic purpose or function of this position is:
Operate and set up computerized numerical control machines: lasers CNC/EDM CNC machining centers, CNC grinders. Operate and set up various manual machines. Utilize measuring tools to inspect parts. • Responsible for complying with TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) Program.
• Responsible for complying with CTQ (Critical to Quality) Program.
• Set up and operate assigned machine.
• Solving minor set up problems.
• Perform machining operations per specifications.
• Perform safety procedures and general daily housekeeping.
• Maintain production standards and quality.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
• Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO-9000 quality requirements
The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:
• Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when required.
• Performing other tasks in the facility, as needed.
Specific sensory (speech, vision, smell, touch, and hearing) requirements:
Speech, vision, smell, touch and hearing.

Lift components (10-35 lbs) and carry at waist level for a short distance (10 ft).
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required for this position is:
Eye and hearing protection. Hand protection and smock when necessary.
